INDIVIDUAL LEARNING – Reading, watching, thinking and doing on one’s own, to acquire knowledge, practice skills and implement insights.

PEER TO PEER LEARNING – Sharing points of view and giving feedback, typically with a colleague, to emerge with a better understanding of a common issue, or develop new skills.

TEAM LEARNING – Collaborative, discussion-based processes, together with peers, to develop capabilities and mindsets.

TEAM ROOM – A discussion space that facilitates active and collaborative learning in small groups.

CASE CLASSROOM – An amphitheater-style space, allowing students to interact face-to-face with each other and with faculty, and thus providing the ideal context for debate.

FLAT ROOM – A modular space, with furniture that can easily be reconfigured to accommodate group discussions or small-team collaborations, with the faculty presiding from the center of the classroom.

AULA MAGNA – A large space accommodating several hundred participants, allowing for keynote speeches, panel discussions and large-scale events.

VIRTUAL CAMPUS – The information center that allows students to access online all information related to their learning experience – including calendars, readings, etc. – as well as to interact with faculty and peers.

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM – A state-of-the-art, fully-virtual classroom to which students and faculty can connect from around the world, and engage in an interactive, synchronous facilitated session.

Mentoring – Sharing of knowledge and advice with another person who has experience different from one’s own.

Coaching – Work with a coach to increase self-awareness, improve performance and achieve explicit goals through a change in behavior.

Action learning – Small group of participants working on real problems, taking measures, and learning as individuals, a team, and an organization.

Simulations (or Business Games) – Fully interactive exercises that replicate real-life situations that may be faced in the business world.

Case-based discussion – A dynamic and practical approach to considering complex business scenarios and arriving at possible outcomes through debate and discussion.

Online learning Journey – A learning experience that can be accesses remotely, and consists of a directed learning process comprised of content (such as articles, videos and web links), communication (messaging, discussion forums, etc.) and some way to measure achievement (assignments, quizzes and other tools).
