Blended learning models are on the rise, but according to a recent UNICON report, they are not always optimally designed to meet the needs of executives. How can executive education providers enhance the learning experience?
Authored by IESE’s Peppe Auricchio, Kati Clement-Frazier of UCLA and JoEllen Prouty McLaren from ICEDR, this report gathers the feedback of senior managers who had recently taken part in university-led leadership development programs based on a blended learning model. In addition to integrating technology to enhance the learning process — making it more participative and less passive — they urge education providers to adopt a more holistic view of learning.
