A survey of more than 18,000 students and professionals worldwide concluded that most global organizations fall short of the mark of employee expectations when it comes to technology at work. While many firms have invested in strong digital technologies for end consumers, they haven’t shown the same commitment to back office technology likes smart collaboration tools and messaging platforms for employees.
